Robert Mosier

Robert Mosier is a trial lawyer with 30 years of experience representing plaintiffs in a diverse range of matters, including pharmaceutical, medical malpractice, birth and brain injury, patent and trademark infringement, eminent domain, hot air balloon crashes and deaths caused by big-rig trucks.

He has served as lead counsel, liaison counsel, and committee member counsel in national pharmaceutical litigations against the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and has been a featured speaker at national legal conventions.

Holly Mosier

Ms. Mosier, a former actress, has practiced trial law since 1995. She graduated valedictorian, summa cum laude, from law school and clerked for Presiding Justice David Sills at the California Fourth District Court of Appeal. She began her career at a major California medical malpractice defense firm representing doctors and hospitals before opening her own firm in 1998 to represent plaintiffs in wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, and medical malpractice cases.

She has secured numerous multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts, including a $14 million settlement for a cyclist struck by a truck, $6.4 million in a premises liability case, $6 million for medical negligence involving an infant, $3 million against the U.S. for a birth injury, a $2.6 million verdict against the VA for delayed cancer diagnosis, and a $2.5 million record settlement with the Orange County Transit Authority.

Ms. Mosier is licensed in California and Arizona and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, federal district courts in California and Arizona, and all state courts in both states. She is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a former board member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.

Patrick K. Sheehan

With multiple awards and 48 years of civil trial experience, Patrick Sheehan has had significant experience in a broad range of complex cases. He earned his law degree from St. Mary’s School of Law in 1975, where he graduated first in his class.

For years, Patrick represented both plaintiffs and defendants and has tried multiple cases to jury verdict in both state and federal courts. He has tried jury cases lasting two weeks to four and a half months.

For the past nine years, his practice has focused solely on plaintiff side wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury, oil and gas, trust and estate, and business torts litigation.

Patrick has earned numerous professional achievements, recognitions and awards and is repeatedly named a Super Lawyer.
